Important Policies & Information

Minimum Guest Counts

We accommodate events with a minimum guest count that varies by service type and season. Our team will discuss specific minimums during the proposal phase to ensure we can deliver the exceptional quality you expect.

Service Fee & Tax

All proposals include a 20–22% service fee plus applicable taxes. This covers professional staff, event coordination, and administrative costs to ensure flawless execution of your event.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your event date upon contract signing. Final payment is due prior to the event. Detailed payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your contract.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting both parties. Full details are provided in your contract. Early notice ensures minimal fees.
