Position Overview
This is a 100% travel, on-site Task Force role supporting hotel and resort culinary teams nationwide.
Assignments require full on-site commitment for the duration, with scheduled rotations home.

Where You'll Be Placed
Properties That Need You
You will be placed in properties experiencing critical culinary needs. You are there to stabilize, execute, and elevate kitchen operations from day one.
Culinary leadership gaps
Step into vacant executive or sous chef roles and restore order
Hotel openings & transitions
Help launch kitchens and set the standard from day one
High-volume banquet demands
Execute flawlessly during peak seasons and large-scale events
Operational repositioning
Stabilize underperforming operations and elevate quality
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on culinary leadership across banquet and outlet operations
Execute high-volume banquet production with precision, consistency, and speed
Lead kitchen teams through service, prep, and execution with professionalism
Maintain food quality, presentation, and brand standards at all times
Read and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with accuracy
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld
Step in wherever needed — leader first, team player always

What We Look For
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of recent hotel culinary experience
Proven success in banquet production and high-volume kitchens
Strong understanding of BEO execution and event flow
Experience with both banquet and à la carte service
Ability to manage food cost, labor, and kitchen operations effectively
Highly adaptable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to travel 100% of the time
Must be eligible to work in the United States
